When a task is assigned to your VA, you guys discuss an ETA on it and VA starts the task.
All the work will be tracked by the time tracking tool and you will be able to check the activity of your VA including screenshots of his computer screen while he was working on your task, number of clicks and key presses.
Rather than paying a monthly fee, your VA plan will have a number of hours you can use any time within the billing period.
Any unused hours will roll over to the next billing cycle for all plans except the “Pay As You Go” plan.

Once interviewed and tested, we will sign a contract and NDA with you before sharing any sensitive information.
If you feel not satisfied with the interview, we will offer you 3 hours of free service(Normally $105) to compensate your time.
